Other Products

DWC Mailing Systems offers a variety of additional products to assist, automate and streamline the process of moving mail, packages and related materials.  Many of these products are listed below with a general product description.

Bursters:

Bursters take continuous feed forms from your high speed printers and separate them at the perforated page breaks.  These systems also remove the tractor feed pin holes from both sides of  the continuous forms. 

Conveyors:

Conveyors are used is conjunction with many of the mail processing products available from DWC Mailing Systems.  Conveyors move finished envelopes away from the equipment often times to be used in-line with a second or third machine in the production process. 

Counting Scales:

Counting Scales are primary used in parts counting applications but can also be used for forms or literature fulfillment.  Just count out a small sample of forms to be counted and place them on the scale indicating the sample count.  Now place hundred or thousands more on the scale and get a exact piece count of the quantity now being weighed.

Decollaters:

Decollators will separate 2, 3 4 or 5 part forms and leave the operator with individual stacks of the original multi-part form.  Used primarily in applications where the user has a multi-part form and needs to separate into mailing/remit copies, file copies and accounting copies

Folders:

Folders, or paper folders, will take single sheet forms and produce a folded form in the shape and configuration needed for mailing.  A variety of systems are available from simple desktop systems to high volume production systems.

Forms Cutters:

Like bursters, forms cutters take continuous feed forms and create individual separate sheets.  The difference is that a forms cutter does not require the forms to be perforated as the system actual cuts the forms.  The primary application is for check stock.

Labelers:

Labelers take your preprinted address labels and automatically apply them to the mail pieces at speeds of up to 30,000 per hour.

Letter Openers:

Letter Openers open envelopes of a variety of sizes at speeds of up to 500 per minute.  The systems are designed not to damage or cut the envelope contents. Desktop and production models available.

Mail Carts:

We offer a wide variety of mail carts with options for file sorting, package sorting and mail sorting bins and baskets.  Non skid pneumatic tires and protective bumpers are available on most models.

Pressure Sealers:

Pressure Sealers are designed to take a unique “self mailer” form and will print the form and fold/seal the form to create a mail piece.  The most common application is for parking tickets or for refund checks but many companies are now using this technology for invoicing and promotional mailings.

Shredders:

Shredders will…shred.  We have a large selection of models from personal shredders to industrial size units.  Our models offer several levels of security in the type and size of residual material that remains after the shredding process.

Tabbers:

Tabbers are designed to take a pre-folded mail piece and apply the USPS required “tab” to the piece to seal the folded edge.
